Will Arant is a Parker, CO attorney with a broad background in real estate, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Prior to starting his own practice, Will began his career with a large downtown firm where he focused on real estate and bankruptcy law and related litigation.
Will now focuses his practice as a real estate, bankruptcy, and civil litigation attorney. He represents both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and regularly appears in both state and federal bankruptcy court. From routine cases to multi-million dollar restructuring for businesses and individuals, Will has represented individuals, businesses and investors in bankruptcy, real estate, litigation and related matters.
Will is an active member of his church and community. He has been a member of Rotary International, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and Liberty Day project. In addition, he regularly volunteers at his church and children’s schools.
In his free time, Will loves to spend time with his family and enjoy all of Colorado’s outdoors activities including skiing, golfing and camping.
